General Rules and Regulations

School fee covers tuition, boarding, and lodging.
Personal expense details are sent to parents at the end of each term and balance, if any, is carried forward.

Organized at Moti Mahal, Lucknow, during winter vacation for Board exam preparation.
Charges for the camp are separate from regular school fees.

Withdrawal within 7 days of admission: ¼th term fee charged.
Withdrawal between 8-15 days of admission: ½ term fee charged.
Withdrawal after 15 days of admission: full term fee charged.
Admission fee non-refundable.
If fee for the first term deposited but the student does not join in March, ½ term fee charged.
Refunds processed by cheque after application and audit of accounts.

Leave generally not granted during the term, except in special cases.
Leave for religious functions/marriages should be avoided; however, home leave up to two days (excluding travel) may be permitted with advance application and invitation card.
Leave may be granted for condolences for immediate relatives for two days (excluding travel).
No leave during examinations.
Absence without information for about a week post breaks may lead to removal of student's name from the rolls.
School dues must be paid even if a student is unable to join on time; application for leave must accompany payment.

Cash, mobile phones, smartwatches, pen drives, ATM/credit cards, and consumer durables are prohibited in school.
Parents advised not to send valuables with students; school not responsible for loss.

House masters schedule telephonic conversations with parents for students.
Parents are advised not to give valuables to students; school not responsible for loss.
Sending food parcels is not allowed.
Telephonic requests for town visits are not entertained.
Leave requests must be in writing or in person.
Overnight leave to stay with parents allowed only on second and fourth Saturdays, subject to school program.
